This equipment is suitable for stress relief and long-rail laying on seamless tracks using 50kg/m to 75kg/m rails.
During on-site construction, within a certain range below the locking rail temperature, this equipment is used to forcibly tensile the rail—which is in a zero-stress state—to its length at the locking rail temperature, thereby re-locking it.
Compared to similar products, this equipment features a unique design, a lightweight body, simple operation, and high rail tensile force.
After the unit is installed on the rail to be tensile, the wedge blocks are tightened.
A hydraulic pump directly drives the tensile cylinder. As the tensile force increases, the clamping body grips the rail more tightly, thereby moving the rail in the stretching direction.
Once the rail has been tensile to the predetermined length, the wedge blocks can be retracted using the retraction mechanism, allowing the clamp to be removed.
