A conventional hydraulic torque wrench kit is generally composed of a hydraulic torque wrench, a special hydraulic pump station for hydraulic torque wrenches, a double high-pressure hose and a high-strength heavy-duty socket.
Applications: Ship engineering, petrochemical, wind power, hydropower, thermal power, mining, machinery, steel mills, rubber, pipelines and other construction maintenance and repair work.
Operation: First connect the hydraulic wrench and the hydraulic wrench pump through the hydraulic hose, and then press the RUN button of the hydraulic wrench pump to advance, release and reset. Repeat several times, when the wrench rotates without abnormality, put the wrench on the nut. Confirm the direction of the wrench, and repeat the working cycle of the hydraulic wrench forward and backward until the nut is tightened or removed.
A hydraulic jack is a jack that uses a plunger or a hydraulic cylinder as a rigid jacking member. Simple lifting equipment is generally only equipped with a lifting mechanism to lift heavy objects. It is simple in structure, light in weight, easy to carry and easy to move.
Applications: power maintenance, bridge maintenance, lifting of heavy objects, static pressure piles, foundation settlement, bridge and ship repair and construction, especially in highway and railway construction, mechanical adjustment, equipment dismantling, etc.
Operation: Reasonably choose the focus point of the jack, and the bottom surface should be leveled and placed in a good position. The hydraulic pump is connected by a hydraulic hose. If a manual hydraulic pump is connected, the hydraulic jack can be lifted or supported by pressing the handle of the manual pump repeatedly. If an electric, pneumatic or other hydraulic pump is used as the power source, the hydraulic jack can be easily lifted or supported by pressing the switch.
Hydraulic bolt tensioner, also known as hydraulic tensioner. Its function is to convert the pressure energy of hydraulic oil into tensile force on the bolt, so that the bolt can be tightened without the influence of friction.
Applications: Widely used in petrochemical, nuclear power, wind power, hydropower, thermal power, ships, railways, aerospace, mining, heavy machinery and other fields.
Operation: Connect the bolt tensioner, hose and manual hydraulic pump. Idling will use gravity to reset the piston rod. Fit the bolt tensioner over the nut to be tightened. Pressurize with a hand pump to push out the piston rod of the bolt tensioner, and then use the handle provided with the bolt tensioner to unscrew the nut to be locked. Unscrew the handwheel on the unloading valve of the manual pump counterclockwise, then reset the piston rod with gravity, and finally remove the bolt tensioner in reverse.
Hydraulic puller is a new ideal tool to replace traditional puller. It has the characteristics of compact structure, flexible use, convenient carrying and operation, less restrictions on site, etc. It is suitable for various maintenance places. As long as the handle slightly swings back and forth, the hydraulic starting lever moves forward, the hook claws retreat correspondingly, and the object can be pulled out.
Applications: Suitable for factories, ships and repair places.
Operation: Tighten the oil return valve rod clockwise before use, and adjust the hook seat so that the hook catches the pulled object. Tilt the piston starting rod back and forth to move forward smoothly, and the claw hook moves back accordingly to pull out the object.
The required size of the insertion port is only 6mm, and the maximum separation amount is 65mm. The design of the step-shaped arm allows each step to bear full load. It ensures that the separator is close to the flange when it is opened, and will not expand too much, and it will automatically return when it is closed. It has fewer moving parts, durable and easy to maintain.
Applications: Widely used in petrochemical, electric power, steel mill and other fields, and suitable for maintenance, overhaul, testing and valve replacement.
Operation: measure the gap size and adjust the tip. Insert the gap, and then shake the rocker.
6. Hydraulic Nut Cutter
Hydraulic nut cutters are also called nut cutters. In some industries, for rusted nuts that cannot be disassembled, a nut cutter can be used to easily cut the bolt without damage to the bolt, and the bolt can be used next time.
Applications: Mining, industrial and explosion-proof environments.
Operation: Open the oil filling plug, and fill the pump tank with oil, and then close the unloading valve. Insert the hole of the head of the cutter into the nut to be broken, and lay it flat. Press the hand pump to push the rivet out to the nut. When the rivet is pushed into half of the nut, the hand pump must be pressed carefully, so as not to cause the rivet to quickly split the nut and damage the bolt thread due to excessive force. When you hear the cracking sound of “pop”, it means that the nut has been broken, and the pressing can be stopped.
7. Hydraulic Press
A hydraulic press is a mechanical press that utilizes hydraulic cylinders to generate compression force. It uses the hydraulic equivalent of a mechanical lever, also known as a Brahma press.
Applications: Mainly used for pressing, bending, punching and molding various materials such as metal, rubber and plastic.
Operation: Connect the hydraulic press to the hydraulic pump. Place the workpiece in the press work area, making sure it is supported on the bottom. Start the hydraulic pump and increase the pressure of the press to the desired level via the handle or switch. Place the pressure head or clamp on the work piece. Operate hydraulic pumps to apply sufficient pressure for machining or stamping work.
8. Hydraulic Crimpers
A hydraulic crimper is a tool used to connect the ends of two cables, wires, or other similar flexible materials, such as hydraulic hoses, to matching hose ends. The tool allows the user to create a crimp connection through a hydraulic fluid mechanism to transfer force from the user to the tool.
Application: Mainly used for crimping wires and cables to ensure the safety and reliability of electrical connections.
Operation: Place the metal workpiece to be processed in the working area of the hydraulic clamp. Adjust the clamping position and clamping pressure of the hydraulic clamp as needed. Activate the hydraulic system of the hydraulic pliers, and the pliers will apply enough pressure to perform the desired operation, such as shearing, squeezing, or bending.
9. Hydraulic Cutters
Hydraulic cutting tools utilize a hydraulic mechanism to close the scissors’ hardened steel blades. Oil at high pressure (approximately 700 bar) is pumped to the motion mechanism to provide sufficient power to cut through the toughest materials.
Application: Mainly used for cutting metal, cables and pipes, etc.
Operation: Place the material to be cut (such as metal pipes or cables) within the working area of the cutting tool. Then, adjust the cutting edge position and cutting depth of the hydraulic cutting tool. Start the hydraulic system and the hydraulic cutting tool will apply enough pressure to cut off the workpiece.
10. Hydraulic Punch Press
A hydraulic punch is a metal processing machine with a hydraulically powered punch on top. Typically, it has a workstation located in front of the machine. Allows the user to operate the machine at the workstation.
Application: Mainly used for punching or perforating metal and other materials.
Operation: First, select the appropriate punch and mold according to the work needs. Adjust the punch position of the hydraulic punch and the working parameters of the punch. Then start the hydraulic system, and the hydraulic punch will apply enough pressure to make the desired hole or shape on the workpiece through the punch and die.
11. Hydraulic Pipe Benders
The hydraulic pipe bender is a device that uses hydraulic pressure to bend various metal pipes into specific angles. A hydraulic pipe bender works in the same way as a hydraulic car jack and can make multiple bends on the same pipe.
Application: Mainly used for bending metal pipes and making piping systems.
Operation: First select a suitable bending die and install the selected die on the hydraulic pipe bending machine. Then adjust the clamping and bending parameters of the hydraulic pipe bending machine, such as bending angle, radius and speed. Place the prepared metal pipe or tubing in the clamps of the hydraulic pipe bender. Start the hydraulic system, and the hydraulic pipe bender will apply enough pressure to bend the pipe to the desired angle and radius through the bending die.
12. Hydraulic Baling Press
A hydraulic baler is a specialized waste management machine that compresses recyclable materials such as paper, cardboard and plastic into dense, manageable bales.
Application: Primarily used to pack waste, paper and other recyclable materials into a compact shape for easy transport and disposal.
Operation: Put the waste or recyclable materials that need to be packed into the packing box. Then according to the requirements, the clamping and packaging parameters of the hydraulic baler are adjusted, such as packaging pressure, time and position. Activate the hydraulic system and the hydraulic baler will apply enough pressure to pack the material into compact blocks.
13. Hydraulic Excavators
A hydraulic excavator is a large construction machine consisting of an upper frame with a hydraulically rotating upper deck (rotating 360°) and attachments mounted directly on a wheeled or tracked undercarriage.
Application: Mainly used in mechanical construction such as hydraulic engineering, transportation, electric power engineering and mining.
Operation: First Select the appropriate excavation tools and attachments, such as buckets, arm extensions, etc., according to your needs. Then enter the cab of the excavator and start the engine. Excavation work is performed by operating the excavator’s arms and buckets through the excavator’s console and control levers. And use the control lever to rotate the upper part of the excavator to adjust the position and direction of the excavator.
