In 2025, TorcStark supplied a dual-purpose JK-3DT series three-dimensional adjusting machine to a Vietnamese customer. By incorporating a heightening bracket, the machine can be used for block adjustment in both high and low under-block clearance conditions, allowing a single unit to meet the varied block support requirements of a shipyard.
This machine is a custom design. To meet the customer’s requirement for simultaneous use in two environments with different dock floor heights, a ground level and a dry dock, the machine was designed with a quickly detachable and attachable heightening bracket. Both the centralized control console and the machine itself are equipped with digital weight displays.
Per the customer’s requirement, the heightening bracket can be quickly removed by simply connecting or disconnecting the quick-release fittings to switch and seal the hydraulic circuit. Without the bracket, the machine handles low under-block clearance conditions. With the bracket installed, it operates in high under-block clearance conditions.
A synchronized control console allows simultaneous operation of up to four machines while displaying the actual load weight of each unit, making it easy for the operator to monitor and control.
Each machine is equipped with a digital weight display that shows the load in real time.
