In 2019, multiple sets of block three-dimensional adjusting systems were supplied to several shipyards in Guangdong, with individual unit capacities of 300T and 500T.
The machines feature an integrated mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic design. All adjustment operations can be performed using the standard wired remote control handle, which supports both continuous and inching operations. An optional synchronized control console is available for coordinated operation of four or more units for block positioning.
The top of each unit is fitted with a 5-degree tiltable anti-eccentric-load saddle. Multiple safety features are incorporated, including a hydraulic safety lock, mechanical safety nut, and hydraulic valves, which effectively accommodate unevenness on the underside of blocks. A steel support tray is included as standard.
