S301 Pingluo Yellow River Super Bridge, built in 2007, is an important passage connecting Taole, Pingluo and Shizuishan. The total length is 1770m, the total width of the bridge deck is 14m, and the carriageway is 13m. In response to this working condition, the TorcStark technical team finally designed a set of synchronous jacking system for the reinforcement project of the Pingluo Yellow River Super Bridge after many technical exchanges with the technical team of the builder. Since the technical requirements of the project are confirmed, TorcStark has been serving the whole process of project implementation, providing all services in the process of project implementation.
After many exchanges with the construction party, combined with the jacking construction technology of the large-span bridge, according to the terrain difference between the two sides of the construction, different schemes are adopted on both sides of the bridge: one side adopts the full jacking of the side span, and the other side adopts the upper jacking. Through a variety of double-acting jacks with hydraulic self-locking function of different specifications, the PLC synchronous control system is used to intelligently remotely control the synchronous jacking of multiple jacks, and the lifting, lowering and stopping with load are safely realized. Based on hydraulic transmission, computer control and field bus technology — intelligent continuous jack synchronization system, automatic continuous jacking is realized by using automatic continuous jacking. Pumping station and PLC main console, the main console performs centralized control of each pumping station and jacks to ensure that all jacks start, apply force and run synchronously.
