1. Designed with a 70MPa hydraulic system, the equipment is lightweight and compact.
2. It features an integrated “mechanical-electrical-hydraulic” design. The standard wired remote control allows segmented adjustments for all actions, supporting both continuous and point-by-point operation. An optional central control panel enables synchronized operation of four or more units for precise positioning.
3. For safety, in addition to the “hydraulic lock” and “lifting valve group” providing constant protection, the equipment comes with a “mechanical lock” (mechanical nut) to ensure the stability and security of the segmented structure, equipment, and personnel.
4. The built-in hydraulic motor powers movement, and the hydraulic lifting wheels are controlled by buttons on the handle, making it easy for a single person to maneuver and position the equipment. It also includes lifting points and fork slots for convenient transport by cranes and forklifts.
5. The top of the equipment is equipped with a 5° tiltable load-bearing saddle, which helps adapt to uneven surfaces. A steel pallet is included as a standard feature.
6. The internal piping is neatly arranged, and the main control pump station is designed to be rail-mounted for easy maintenance and inspection.
7. With a modular design, the main control pump station, electrical control box, and load-bearing jacks are all quickly connectable, allowing easy repair, replacement, and upgrades.
